Please
Note:
Weve noticed that some of our
volunteers are eating at the steam table. Often
a small serving is put in a Styrofoam bowl and then eaten at the table. This is NEVER OK! When we eat, chew gum, suck candy, etc. saliva can
be shared too easily. Eating anywhere in the
service area is one of the Health Departments most rigidly applied rules. You are welcome to share food and your time
together from 12:45 to 1:00 PM, but you must sit at a dining table and enjoy! Thanks!
Sunday, May 7 was a bright sunny day for the Walk Against Hunger. We had a possibility of 20 teams walking for Loaves
and Fishes, and we hope we raised over $20,000. Look
for final numbers and teams in next months calendar letter. We will let team captains know the results as soon
as we have them.
We
want to thank team captains and walkers from:
